1031 Crowdfunding Celebrates a Decade of Business!

Dear Team and Valued Investors,

A decade ago, I sat in my garage with our now CFO, and started pitching ideas of the company I wanted to build. What began as a lot of “what ifs” eventually turned into a thriving company with nearly 50 team members across two states.

Over the last 10 years, we have achieved remarkable milestones together. 1031 Crowdfunding has launched 14 real estate programs and acquired 15 properties across nine states, while facilitating over 1800 successful 1031 exchanges.

Our management team’s collective expertise, totaling over 135 years in the real estate investment industry, has been instrumental in navigating the complexities of the market. Together, we’ve overseen $3.4 billion in real estate transactions, $1.5 billion in private and public offerings, and raised $2.1 billion in equity through investments.

Along the way, our efforts to service clients has been recognized in publications around the country. For three consecutive years, 1031 Crowdfunding has been honored with a place on INC Magazine’s 5,000 list. Most recently, we’ve achieved an impressive 418% revenue growth over the past two years, a testament to our commitment to innovation and excellence.

Over the years, the main focus of our business has been and will continue to be our investors. Our goal will continue to be delivering exceptional value and innovative opportunities. We are guided by our mission to provide inspired solutions that empower our clients to invest with confidence. Thank you for being an integral part of our success.

It’s not easy to make your whiteboard ideas a reality. So I’d like to thank everyone who has played a role in helping us get here – from clients to partners, team members, family, and friends.

Warm regards,

Edward E. Fernandez
President/CEO
